Dapri
Photography Project - Campaign Photography
2025, Quezon City
I was brought in by Dapri to produce their campaign shoot here in the Philippines, handling both creative direction and photography. From the start, the goal was clear: create visuals that felt bold, confident, and unapologetically real, staying true to the brand’s “baddie-approved” energy while avoiding the usual polished, overly perfect skincare tropes.
All logos and trademarks depicted in this presentation are the property of their respective brands and are used here solely for mockup purposes. The final images and artworks presented may differ from the actual products or designs. No copyright infringement is intended.
The campaign was built around inclusivity. We worked with three models, each with distinct features and skin types, and made a conscious decision to embrace real skin. Blemishes, texture, and individuality were all part of the story. The focus was not on correction, but on confidence, glow, and authenticity. The visuals needed to feel fresh, fun, and approachable without losing impact.
On set, I led the creative direction while keeping the workflow efficient and collaborative. Lea Ancheta handled makeup, enhancing the skin without masking it, while Julius Tizon took care of hair to complement each model’s look naturally. Lawrence Contina assisted with production, helping the shoot run smoothly from start to finish.
Alongside the campaign images, I also shot flatlays on the same day, highlighting the products’ packaging and textures. These were designed for versatility across the brand’s website and social platforms, balancing clean composition with Dapri’s playful personality.
The result is a campaign that feels honest, energetic, and confident—one that reflects Dapri’s mission to make skincare fun, inclusive, and empowering. By highlighting real skin, diverse beauty, and unapologetic self-expression, the visuals celebrate glow in all its forms. The imagery moves away from perfection and leans into personality, creating a campaign that feels relatable, modern, and aligned with how the brand shows up in real life.
