For this project, I had the chance to work with Glove Story, a France-based brand that needed visuals for their summer collection. This wasn't your typical shoot—it called for full production, and I knew it was time to bring in the team. Through Basta Kolab, we pulled together everything from casting to styling, location, and creative direction.

After aligning with the client’s vision, I pitched the concept deck and proposed a direction that blended timeless summer fashion with vintage luxury. We sourced two beautifully restored cars—a 1965 Ford Mustang convertible and a 1972 Alfa Romeo Spider—through Popo Pantoja, a car collector who generously offered not just his vehicles, but his Alabang home as our shoot location. The backdrop: a charming, old-style Filipino house with a driveway that perfectly set the tone for the shoot. (Shoutout to Popo, who also runs an events space down south called Pondok Ananda Farm in Batangas.)

We shot 12 products in total—both women’s and men’s styles—with models Mila and Aydin. I led the shoot as creative director, while Lea Ancheta, who also did hair and makeup, handled production. January Saga and team styled the looks, bringing their signature eye for balance and detail. We also had Jerime Cañonero on board as our lighting director, and Angeline Mojica assisting with makeup —rounding out a tight crew that really brought their A-game.

Everything came together on shoot day: the weather held up, the cars looked incredible, and the team worked seamlessly. The visual tone we aimed for—effortless elegance with a nod to retro road trip energy—really came to life. It’s always a great feeling when a project clicks both creatively and logistically, and this one definitely did.

This shoot was a solid reminder of what’s possible with the right collaborators. Grateful to the Basta Kolab team and to Glove Story for trusting us to bring this vision to life.
